I was given this book from a course I took but I wanted to come back to share how helpful it has been for me. This little pocket guide has saved me a dozen times before a project meeting.. you won’t regret having this with you at the office!

I got an A in my class that used this book as one of 2 textbooks. It was more useful than the larger textbook we had…

If you’re looking for an easy to read reference book for Continuous Improvement tools, this is it. Take note, this is not a textbook! It’s a smaller pocket guide but it packs a lot of info! The Memory Joggers have been around a while and I’ve owned many over the years.. the Second Edition is a great addition.

This book was part of the reference materials provided as part of an Introduction to Continuous Improvement course. It was pretty helpful and the small size was nice to keep with me in my desk. I’d recommend it to others looking to get a jump start in CI

Good pocket guide containing all relevant tools for my class. Bit of a snooze reading cover to cover but is handy to pull out when I need it…

Helpful pocket guide recommended by my manager… if you’re in a continuous improvement role this book will be helpful and you’ll reference it more times than you think you will as you’re getting started.
