The Juran Center for Leadership in Quality seeks grants for the most comprehensive study of quality leadership ever conducted. Under the auspices of the Juran Center, the project will identify those organizations that have become quality leaders. It will discover the unique attributes that helped them become and remain leaders while others declined. It will test the selection process and attributes against rigorous academic criteria and real-life experiences to verify their accuracy. Finally, it will use several avenues to make this new knowledge available to leaders who want to apply proven approaches to building and sustaining quality leadership in their organizations.
